Honda has on the 2011 Honda CR-Z officially revealed the Detroit Auto show. As expected, finally some excitement brings the the CR-Z hybrid segment uninspired. Honda says that it will bring back the kind of driving pleasure, which already felt has since the CRX not.

The CR-Z is not nice and looks to have hybrid combines the design language of the CRX and the first generation insight. The futuristic interior styling found in the current Honda insight and civic finds also the way in the CR-Z.

The Honda CR-Z will start with a 1.5 L 4-cylinder engine, combined with an electric motor. Together, both result in only 122 HP and 128 lb-ft of torque. Are two transfer - 21 mpg city and 37 mpg highway becomes a standard six-speed manual and a CVT the manual as the CVT-CR-Z will be 36 mpg city and 38 mpg highway.

The CR-Z is not us drag racing will win anytime soon. On paper it sounds not athletic, but hopefully the manual equipped model is good around the track. "Sport" Honda hybrid will this summer.
